Our coaches are all highly trained to provide modified movement alternatives for those with limitations, injuries, or for those who are beginners.

This is a traditional CrossFit class and all levels are welcome.
Each class begins with a focus on Olympic lifting and strength building followed by a shorter metabolic conditioning workout.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity rates. All of our workouts are based on functional movements which are the core movements of life.
Beginners and Expert CrossFitters are welcome as well as ALL AGES!

If you missed class today, you feel like doing your own thing, or you want to get some extra work in, Open Gym is for you.
Our coaches can provide a daily workout if you need guidance, otherwise the gym is yours!
(One of our experienced coaches will be in the building during open gym time and are available for questions/concerns however, please note that this is an "unsupervised" workout)
